How We Protect You
Six Pillars of Protection
Identity Verification
All users can apply for identity verification. Creators, brands, and studios submit a government-issued ID alongside a real-time selfie for manual review. A verified badge confirms authenticity, so you always know who you are working with.
Content Moderation
Every photo and video is reviewed before it goes public. AI-powered screening catches inappropriate or non-compliant content automatically, and our moderation team handles edge cases with care and discretion.
Structured Bookings
All bookings happen through the platform — no off-platform requests, no grey areas. Payment protection covers both parties, ensuring fair compensation and professional accountability on every job.
Report & Block
Instantly report suspicious behavior or block users who make you uncomfortable. Our safety team reviews every report within 24 hours, and repeat offenders are permanently removed from the platform.
Privacy Controls
Control who sees your location, contact information, and availability. Your personal data is never shared with third parties without your explicit consent. You decide what the world sees.
Direct Payments
Payments between brands and creators are settled directly — collabz.ph does not process or hold funds between users. Platform subscription payments are processed securely through PayMongo (GCash, Maya, Visa, Mastercard) and PayPal.
For Creators
Stay Safe, Stay in Control
Your image, your content, your boundaries — they all deserve respect. Here is how to protect yourself on and off the platform.
Never share your personal home address. Use a professional studio or public meeting point for all bookings.
Always meet in public or professional settings for initial meetings. Bring a companion if you feel more comfortable.
Trust your instincts. If a request feels off, it probably is. You are never obligated to accept a booking.
Report suspicious requests immediately. Vague briefs, requests for personal contact info, and pressure to work off-platform are red flags.
Your photos, your rules. All EXIF data is stripped on upload, and every image passes through content moderation before going live.
For Agents & Studios
Professional Standards, Enforced
We hold agencies and studios to the highest standard. Verification is mandatory, conduct is monitored, and the platform actively protects talent from bad actors.
Verification Requirements
Agencies must submit valid SEC/DTI registration, a business address, and designate at least one verified representative. Unverified agencies cannot post casting calls or initiate bookings.
Professional Conduct
All communication must happen on-platform. Harassment, coercion, or any form of pressure toward talent results in immediate suspension. We enforce a zero-tolerance policy.
Anti-Fraud Protection
Our verification pipeline cross-references submitted documents against known fraud databases. Fake profiles, duplicate accounts, and impersonation attempts are flagged and removed before they reach talent.
