Getting Started

What is collabz.ph?
collabz.ph is the Philippines' first influencer marketplace. It connects creators and influencers with brands (agencies, casting directors), studios (photography spaces), and managers in one platform. Build a portfolio, discover talent, post casting calls, hire creators, and collaborate — all in one place.
How do I create an account?
Visit the registration page and choose your role: Creator, Brand, Studio, or Manager. Fill in your details and verify your email. You can also sign in with Google (creates a Creator account by default). Once registered, complete your profile checklist to unlock all features including the Runway Feed.
What are the different account types?
There are four roles: • Creator — Influencers and talent who create portfolios, apply to casting calls, and accept bookings. • Brand — Agencies, brands, and casting directors who scout talent, post castings, and manage bookings. • Studio — Photography studios that offer services, manage reservations, and showcase work. • Manager — Personal managers who manage creators' profiles, bookings, and communications on their behalf.
Is collabz.ph free to use?
Yes! All roles have a FREE tier with core features. The PAID tier unlocks premium features like messaging, full identity visibility, casting call posting, and expanded portfolio limits. Subscriptions do not auto-renew — when your plan expires, you simply revert to FREE.

Collabz Feed

What is the Runway Feed?
The Runway Feed is the main social feature of collabz.ph. It's an Instagram-like feed where all users (models, agents, studios, handlers) can share posts with up to 10 images and 250 characters of text. The Feed is the first thing you see after logging in.
How do I create a post?
Tap the "+ Post" button at the top of the Feed. You can upload new photos, pick from your existing portfolio, write a caption (up to 250 characters), tag other users, and choose whether to enable comments. Then hit "Post" to share.
What is Aura?
Aura is our version of a "like" — represented by a star icon. Tap the star on any post to give it Aura. The total Aura count is displayed on each post. You can toggle Aura on and off.
Can I tag other users in my posts?
Yes! When creating a post, use the tag feature to search for and tag other collabz.ph users. Tagged users receive a notification. Tags are displayed below the post text.
How do comments work?
Comments are limited to 250 characters. Post authors can enable or disable comments per post. Authors and administrators can delete comments. Deleted comments appear as "[removed]." All comments pass through a profanity filter.
What is the profanity filter?
Posts and comments pass through an automated profanity filter that masks inappropriate words in English and Filipino with asterisks (e.g., "f***"). The content is still posted — it is not blocked or rejected. This keeps the feed safe while preserving expression.
Why do I need to complete my profile before accessing the Feed?
To ensure a quality community, all users must complete their role-specific profile checklist before accessing the Runway Feed. The checklist varies by role — for example, models need a display name, date of birth, categories, bio, and at least one portfolio photo.

Portfolio & Uploads

How do I upload photos?
Go to Dashboard > Portfolio > Photos tab. Click "Upload Photos" and select your images (JPEG, PNG, or WebP, max 10MB each). Photos are automatically optimized, converted to WebP, and EXIF metadata is stripped for privacy.
How do I create albums?
Go to Dashboard > Portfolio > Albums tab. Create an album with a name and privacy setting (Public, Private, or Premium Only). Then add photos from your portfolio to the album.
How do I change my profile photo?
Go to Dashboard > Portfolio or Dashboard > Profile. Use the profile photo upload widget to set your main profile image. This photo appears across the Platform — in search results, messages, and your public profile.
What happens to my photo metadata?
All EXIF metadata (GPS location, camera info, timestamps) is automatically stripped from uploaded images to protect your privacy. Only the image content is retained.

Bookings & Casting

How do I hire a creator?
Browse creators on the Explore page or Top Creators. Visit a creator's profile and click "Book Now." Fill in booking details including date, location, gig type, rate, and usage rights. The creator receives a notification and can accept or decline.
How do I post a casting call?
Brands and studios with a PAID subscription can post casting calls from Dashboard > Casting > Create New Casting. Include details like role, requirements, date, budget, and whether it's open to all creators or verified-only.
How do I apply to a casting call?
Creators can browse casting calls from Dashboard > Casting. Click on a casting call to view details and tap "Apply Now." You'll be notified of the outcome (shortlisted, selected, or rejected).
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes, either party can cancel a booking with a stated reason. Go to Dashboard > Bookings, select the booking, and click "Cancel." Note that cancellation counts are publicly visible on user profiles.

Subscriptions & Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept GCash, Maya, Visa, and Mastercard through PayMongo, as well as PayPal for international payments. We also offer a manual payment option where you upload proof of payment (bank transfer receipt, GCash screenshot, etc.) for admin verification within 24 hours.
Do subscriptions auto-renew?
No. Subscriptions on collabz.ph do not auto-renew. When your subscription expires, your account reverts to the FREE tier. You can purchase a new subscription at any time.
What does yearly billing include?
Yearly billing gives you two months free — you pay for 10 months and get 12 months of access.
What are credits?
Credits are an alternative payment method. 1 credit = 1 month of subscription. You can purchase credits through the manual payment system. Promotional credits may be granted to new users during active promotions.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! All new accounts receive a 30-day free trial of the PAID tier. This gives you full access to all premium features so you can experience the platform before committing to a subscription.

Verification (KYC)

How do I get verified?
Go to Dashboard > Settings > Verification. Take a live selfie and upload a valid government-issued ID. Our team reviews submissions within 24–48 hours. Once approved, you'll receive a verified badge on your profile.
What are the benefits of verification?
Verified users get a trust badge on their profile, priority in search results, access to verified-only bookings and castings, and higher visibility. Verification is free.
Why was my verification rejected?
Common reasons: blurry selfie or ID photo, name mismatch between ID and account, expired ID, or ID not fully visible. You can resubmit after addressing the issue.

Messaging

Who can send messages?
PAID brands and studios can initiate conversations with creators. Creators and managers can reply to messages they receive. Free users cannot initiate new conversations but can reply to existing ones. FREE creators cannot message other creators. Upgrade to PAID to unlock full messaging.
How do I manage conversations?
Access your messages from Dashboard > Messages or through the message icon in the navigation. You can view, reply, and delete messages. Messages support full conversation threads.

Profile Templates

What are profile templates?
Templates control the visual design of your public Collabz Page. Creators can choose from 5 templates (Look, Hazze, Stylistic, Mona, Glamour) and studios from 4 templates (Photosen, Glint, Boto, Shotgear). All templates are free.
How do I change my template?
Go to Dashboard > Template. Preview available templates and select one to apply. You can also customize text overlays, section titles, and hero image focal points from the Customize tab.

Managers

What is a Manager?
A Manager is a personal representative role for creators. Managers can handle a creator's bookings, schedule, portfolio, and communications on their behalf. This is ideal for parents/guardians of minor creators or professional talent managers.
How do I assign a manager?
Creators can invite managers from Dashboard > Settings > Managers. The manager accepts the invitation and can then manage the creator's account from their Manager dashboard.

Privacy & Safety

How do I report a user?
Visit the user's profile and click the "Report" button. Select the reason (harassment, fake profile, inappropriate content, etc.) and provide details. Our moderation team reviews all reports within 24 hours.
How is my data protected?
All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. EXIF metadata is stripped from photos. KYC documents are deleted after verification. You can delete your account and all data at any time. We comply with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Dashboard > Settings and scroll down to "Delete Account." This permanently removes your profile, portfolio, and personal data. Display names in existing reviews and messages are preserved as snapshots.

Technical Issues

How do I install the app on my phone?
collabz.ph is a Progressive Web App (PWA). On iPhone: open Safari > tap Share > "Add to Home Screen." On Android: open Chrome > tap the menu > "Install app." Once installed, it works like a native app.
I'm not receiving notifications
Allow notifications when prompted by the browser. Then go to Dashboard > Settings > Notification Preferences to configure which notification types you want. Check your browser/OS notification settings if issues persist.
The page is not loading
Try: (1) Refresh the page, (2) Clear browser cache and cookies, (3) Try a different browser, (4) Disable browser extensions. If the issue persists, create a support ticket with the URL and error message.

Refunds

Can I get a refund?
Yes, if: (1) You request within 7 days of payment, AND (2) You have not used any premium features. If both conditions are met, you're eligible for a full refund. See our full Refund Policy for details.
How do I request a refund?
Create a support ticket with the subject "Refund Request" including your payment date and method. Our team will verify eligibility and respond within 24 hours. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
